Yoni Steaming is the ancient practice of allowing the warmth of herbal steam to softly permeate the exterior of the vagina. This not only supports your natural feminine circle but also helps your body to heal, relax, and detoxify both physically and emotionally. The benefits of Yoni steaming includes reduced menstrual symptoms, such as bloating, cramps, exhaustion, and heavy bleeding increasing energy and reducing fatigue, balancing and regulating pH levels and hormones as well as possibly boost fertility. DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Start by boiling about 3 -4 cups of filtered water.
- Once boiling, add your dried herbs, reduce heat, cover, and let steep for about 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat & let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
- From there, you can transfer the herbs to your Yoni seat, place it below your steam stool or toilet and get undressed from the waist down.
- Sit on your stool or seat over the steam for 15-30 minutes. The steam should not feel too hot or uncomfortable. If it does, wait another 2-3 minutes & then try again. Use a towel, sheet, or light blanket to cover yourself and lock the steam in.
