Rinse Sea Moss thoroughly washing away salt, sand, and debris from the sea. Soak in spring, purified or alkaline water for 24 to 48 hours. After rinse add 1 cup of Sea Moss to 1.5-2 Cups of spring, purified or alkaline water. Blend until smooth. If you like a thinner consistency add more water. If you like a thicker consistency add less water. Refrigerate or freeze after preparation. Take up to 1 to 2 tablespoons daily.
